How long will the inspection take?

Most inspections can take generally between two to four hours. These times may vary depending on the size, age & condition of the home.

Should I be there for the inspection?

While it’s not required that you be present for the inspection, it is highly encouraged. While the inspector is performing the inspections we recommend that you bring paper and pen to take measurements to see where your furniture might fit, or show up toward the end of the inspection for your convenience at such time as when the inspector is prepared to go over their findings.

Why Choose Us?

How much does an home inspection cost?

The average cost for a home inspection can range from $300-$500. Every home is different and there are a variety of conditions that affect the cost of a home inspection. With a few factors answered on the age of the home, square footage, foundation type, and other possible conditions we can get you a price within minutes.

Does the home inspection pass or fail a house?

Good question, but the answer is no. A professional home inspection is a visual examination of the current condition of a home. It is not an appraisal, which determines market value. It is not a municipal inspection, which verifies local code compliance. A home inspector, therefore, will not pass or fail a house, but rather describe its physical condition and indicate what components and systems may need major repair or replacement.
